Doctor Bartosh Peter Ignatyevitch
The initial period
Was born in 1940 in Rovno’s region (the Ukraine). In
1964 had completed medical faculty of Chernovtzy’s Medical Institute (now,
Bukovinsk’s Medical Academy). The labor activity he began in 1964 in Rovno’s
region as a head of a department of regional bone – tuberculosis hospital. Then for 2
years he had been the physician of divisional hospital of Vizhnitzky district of
Chernovtzy’s region. After that, he was a head of a department, then the chief
medical officer of Moldavian republic sanatorium “Dermendgy”, worked with extra
– pulmonary forms of tuberculosis in Vulkaneshtsky region of Moldova.
From 1967 to 1973 – the chief medical officer of regional sanatorium of
Sakhalin region (of extra – pulmonary form also).
During this time he had been taught with following specialties:
On bone–articular tuberculosis in Khar’kov
On radiology in Yuzhno – Sakhalinsk for 5 months
The period of Sergeevka
The labor biography of Bartosh Peter Ignatyevitch in the
period of Sergeevka began from October of 1973, when he was enrolled as deputy of chief
medical officer on medical part to being built sanatorium “Victoriya” (resort Sergeevka, Odessa’s
region) of Ministry of Social Providing of Moldova. In March of 1974 sanatorium
“Victoriya” for participants of GPW, invalids and pensioners was let to
exploitation. For the first time, people, whose anatomy – functional organism’s
features were considered as contra – indicated earlier for such kind of treatment
might to arrive to sanatorium – resort invigoration. The preparation of medical
maintenance of such people demanded non-standard approaches. With the aim of learning of
pathology of aged and old people, Bartosh P.I. had completed the preparation in
the Institute of Gerontology and Geriatrics in Kiev. With the account of received
knowledge the preparation of the whole medical personnel was conducted. And the sanatorium
in short time had possessed the experience of qualitative medical maintenance of aged
people, suffering from plural pathology.
From 1973 to 1985 he worked as chief medical officer of republic bone –
tuberculosis sanatorium, then over – profiled to the nursery sanatorium
“Sergeevka”. In connection of this over – profiling he had conducted the
preparation on the treatment unspecific chronic diseases of lungs in children in Kiev.
From all directors of resort’s health-centers, he was the first, who had
received the highest category on the public health service’s organization,
and he was the only, who had conducted for 9-months the internal-correspondence
preparation on the public health service’s organization, planing and SOL, organized
by the World Organization of Public Health Service in Moscow. Had been rewarded with the
sign “Excellent of public health service”.
In 1980 entered and in 1984 finished the post – graduate course on
pediatrics at Chernovtzy’s Medical Institute. Has got the raw of published works on
the organization of public health service and pediatrics, and also was attested on
pediatrics and had got the first qualification category.
In 1984 on the base of resort “Sergeevka” was conducted the
departure cycle of Novokuznetzk’s institute of improvement of doctors on the theme
“Sanatorium – resort treatment of vertebral osteochondrosis”. This thematic
cycle had gained great interest to untraditional methods of treatment,
which were demonstrated by the professors of this institute.
In 1984-1985 he was letting to exploitation and was organizing the work of
the collective of sanatorium of Sergey Lazo, trade union’s health-center, on the
opening of which, the daughter of legendary hero of Civil War Sergey Lazo, Ada Sergeevna,
took place.
After the stabilization of resort’s work Bartosh P.I. had been moved up
to the place of chief medical officer of nursery sanatorium “Sperantza”, again
let to exploitation, where also was organizing the work of all services from zero.
 Period of Magadan
From 1987 to the end of 1992 he worked in Magadan region. At
first – as the deputy of chief medical officer on the organization of methodical work
in sanatorium “Talaya”, then as the scientific assistant of specialized medical
– prophylactic center and international scientific center “Arktika” in
Magadan, where in fact he conducted manual and refexo-therapy.
In 1988 on the base of Novokuznetzk’s institute of improvement of
doctors had completed the specialization on manual therapy. In 1990
– departure cycle on cranial-sacral and visceral therapy. In 1991
– 3-months’s course of specialization on reflexo-acupuncture in Novokuznetzk
(practice and many lectures were conducted by Van Chen, c.m.s., significant professional
on reflexo-therapy, many times being to Peking).
Continuous searching for something new in his work either in the organization
of medical process, or in the treatment itself, had led to the discovering of new
method of medical treatment of dysfunction of vegetative nervous system. The
technique is directed to elimination of reasons, disturbing the work of vegetative nervous
system. It gives the possibility to make harmony in the acting of the whole organism. The
reason, calling the dysfunction, is in the presence of pethsoles of pathologic vegetative
impulsation, being set on the different parts of a body. The intense course and total
impact on all pethsoles of pathologic vegetative impulsation, with help of semiprecious
stones, gives the possibility to diffuse the negative energy, contained in these
pethsoles. Longstanding experience of work on this technique allows to sat about the
syndrome of vegetative dystony (SCD) as about independent nosologic form, because the
reason of this disease had been found and the its mechanism of had been studied. The
technique is sparing, not giving the complications and not having the contra-indications
and age limits. It is universal for the treatment of most different forms and symptoms of
vegetative disturbances.
In magadan’s period of he worked in association
“Severovostokzoloto”, conducted mass receptions at departure to mining plants,
where the practical medical help had been rendered. It improved the clinical experience,
assisted to the discovering of own approaches to the treatment of patients on the base of
existed knowledge on the untraditional medicine.
When returned from Magadan in 1992, he worked only on
individual labor activity in different cities of the Ukraine, Russia and Moldova. The
efficiency of patients’ treatment often reflected in local mass media – TV, press. More significant patients, in the meaning of rehabilitation,
left their notes in the book of reviews on the treatment.
For last 5 years, being in Kiev, had conducted repeated
specialization on reflexo-therapy, cranial-sacral therapy (the most first release on the
Ukraine, professors from Switzerland) and on clinical pharmacology and phytotherapy at
Medical Academy of Schupik in Kiev.
